Shipping & Returns
Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution (replace, mend or return for a refund). Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of purchase.
